What is the difference between glass and crystal?
Glass is a generic name and crystal is a subcategory of glass. Hence all crystal is glass but not all glass is crystal. Generally, crystal is a type of glass that contains lead. It has a special brilliance due to being highly refractive and clarity not found in plain glass.
